In May, 2022, MEDRIX sponsored 5 more corrective  heart surgeries for children from low-income families. Currently, ten (10) children are on the wait list for MEDRIX sponsorship for heart surgeries — hopefully, all will be completed by the end of July. Since the beginning of this program about ten years ago, MEDRIX has sponsored 167 children for heart surgeries. All funding for these surgeries has come from the many small (and occasional large) donations to MEDRIX from our generous donors.
