Provide Sanitation Systems to Improve Health and Hygiene

		According to UNICEF, "Only 35% of children in South Asia have access to even a basic toilet".  Sanitation in Southeast Asia is minimal and it is time to change this.  A well designed system is a significant gift to a school or health clinic and will improve the health and hygiene of the entire community.  Sanitation systems include water systems, pipes, reservoirs, sinks, showers, latrines or toilets, and garbage collection bins.
